Holy smoke, that's a beast of a motorhome... but all new cars seem to be getting funky and angular these days. Here's the starting page for my Vectra- http://www.vauxhall.co.uk/vx/carsandvans/brandcarhub.do?method=loadBrand HubCarPage&vehicleType=C&scope=S&brandName=newVectra&source=homePage No bed option or fitted shower, which may save on fuel a bit. After watching all the videos and such on that page, the actual model I'm getting is the Exclusiv 1.9CDTi with 150hp and 315lb/ft (I never understood the metric kW and Nm figures, but any engine with that much torque is eeeeeasy to drive), plus a bunch of extras like ICE and alloy upgrade (couldn't justify the 20" rims, though ). The thing with this type of car is that most are bought by corporate fleets, so the bottom line worked out to be cheaper than the next model down in their range (the Astra). I got £2k of extras and £5k off list, a saving that, if converted to US$, could have bought me a decent small car on its own... BTW, same model in Europe is sold as an Opel, but both brands are Euro-GM stuff. Apparently the engine is a result of a tie-in with FIAT, which also finds its way into Saab and so on, but may not actually be seen in the US because apparently it falls foul of the high levels of sulphur in diesel over there (just like that ultimate diesel car, the BMW 530d). My seizure - nothing found to indicate a cause, so it's just "one of those things" that affects 1% of the population, and by all accounts I'm in the half of all sufferers that has a 'one-off'. I am, however, back at the docs in a week for a full set of tests including ECG, mainly to settle my mum's mind that I'm not about to have an MI like dad... E-Inclusion - DC, check it out at http://www.leedsschools.org/south/ks4/ - if you pop on as a guest user, you can at least get an idea of what I've been building these last few months. Other bits are in the pipeline, since this only represents about a quarter of what I have in mind for the final programme. I was told yesterday that my secondment is being extended by another year, so I can plan beyond August to promote the system across the city, and develop all those extra modules (including transition stuff for upper primary to secondary kids - which is to say 'elementary' to 'high' school - currently I'm developing for 14-16yr olds).
