Okay, so what's a book? 
 Only kidding - it is of course one of those floppy papery things they used to ship in software boxes to stop the disks from bashing around - jolly useful, too, when the monitor stand broke...
Right - enough. Here's the book:-
"The Plot to Get Bill Gates"
by Gary Rivlin
ISBN 0-7043-8129 X
Even though it's factual (mostly - web rumours excepted), it's not as sad as it sounds. Neither is it a step-by-step instruction manual on baking custard pies, combined with a constatnly-updating schedule for BG himself.
It's very entertaining, especially if you've ever happened to read/see/hear (or meet, even) any of those involved.
