This has been an ongoing problem/battle with NOD32 randomly detecting THSEC.dll as malicious...which it is not. You can just let THSEC.dll remain in Quarantine and later delete it from quarantine. Magnus has temporarily removed THSEC.dll from TH because of the problems with AVs falsely detecting it. In fact, if you download the latest TrojanHunterSetup.exe and install it, you will see that THSEC.dll is no longer installed. So, you are okay as you stand now. THSEC.dll is used to protect THGuard from being maliciously stopped. Magnus is working on a new TH version which will "probably" have something different for this function.
