Help Uninstalling Please

Good Morning!
 
Please, I have been trying for days to completely uninstall Trojan Hunter 5.0 from my Vista system and cannot, no matter what I try, uninstall the last little file in the Program Files directory under Trojan Hunter which is "contmenu.dll."  
 
Why is this file being so stubborn?  Unless I can delete this one file I cannot get rid of the Trojan Hunter folder in Program Files.  I deleted Trojan Hunter with Add/Remove Software, as one normally would.  Rebooted my machine and then tried, unsuccessfully, to delete the Trojan Hunter directory from Program Files.  I then went in an manually deleted each remaining file......until I can to "contmenu.dll," which would not delete.
 
Please help with with the removal of this file.

Try booting into Safe Mode and delete contmenu.dll from there - that should definitely work.

Very good morning friend,
As you discussed about Trojan Hunter 5.0 uninstalling problem, I think there are some thread that run during installation process that's why it doesn't uninstall. So before uninstalling you must confirm through task manager there is no thread related to Trojan Hunter would running.
