Are any of the advanced options enabled by default setting?

I don't recall the exact options enabled as the default.

I normally recommend that, in TrojanHunter scanner>Options icon, all the options be enabled by users except perhaps the very last one which is "Warn on executable files with double extension".

In THGuard, I recommend that all options except "automatically remove trojans" be enabled.  Leaving this option disabled gives you the opportunity to examine what THGuard is detecting before quarantining it.
