Unload = Exit THGuard or stop it from running in memory.
 
If you want to exit or close down/shutdown THGuard, you "Unload" it from memory.  
 
If you want to close the settings window of THGuard, just click on OK.  That will save any settings changes that you make to THGuard, close the settings window, but leave THGuard running...which is what you want to do normally.
