False Positive or not?

I just attempted to install Registry Mechanic(downloaded straight off PCTools website) but TrojanHunter Guard detected a trojan when I clicked on the setup file.  The trojan was called .dll helper
(PWSteal.Agent.256) is this a false positive or what?
 
Anyone else had this happen?

I suspect that this is a false positive.  Would you please submit the "rminstall.exe" file to Mischel Internet Security for analysis.  The link below describes how to submit.  I will email Gavin as well.
