Welcome to the forum Kingryche  Cheesy

To the best of my knowledge there are no conflicts between NOD32 and TrojanHunter V4.6.930 (the latest TH version).  I do not use NOD32; however, I trialed it a couple of months ago and had no problems between NOD32 and TH.

Holler if you need any assistance with TH once you install the trial version.  Wink  Be sure to run TH's LiveUpdate after you install the trial version and then daily thereafter to maintain your detection to the latest rulesets.

TH and NOD32 are extremely good together from a detection perspective Wink

If you have Microsoft Office, you may receive a false detection alert from NOD32 about a new heur crypt virus, no problems just part of its very good heuristics and can be ignored. Only occurs when TH scans some files and NOD32 intercepts the creation of a temporary file which isn't really harmful.

If you do see this let us know and if you have any questions further, just let us know.
