Is this a false positive? - iesdsg.dll

Today an update completed for TH. Shortly thereafter I received a notice that I have a Trojan named Adware.Adjump.100.

When I/ TH goes about cleaning it I discovered that the file TH wants to delete (clean) is iesdsg.dll. This file belongs to Spyware Doctor.

Is this a false positive?

During the cleaning process TH says:
“Cleaning module iesdsg.dll in process swdoctor.exe
Module iesdsg.dll successfully unloaded from process swdoctor.exe (664)”

Followed by:
“Exception: Access violation at address 004B7A19 in module 'THGuard.exe'. Read of address 00000004
Trojan cleaning finished.

I uninstalled Spyware Doctor and reinstalled it. I thought by chance that the file (dll) was corrupt. As soon as my machine rebooted after the re-install TH said that the dll named above is a Trojan.

Since then I have unloaded TH.

Cheers!

I just emailed Gavin to check this thread.  I guess he has overlooked it.
