THGuard.exe using excessive memory?

I have about a half gig of DDRAM on a 2.3ghz PC running WinXP Pro SP2.
 
I run LIUtilities Wintasks Pro, and it is telling me that THGuard.exe is using 1,589,334kb (or about 1.5GB?) of MEM Usage.
 
Is this usual?  Any advice regarding what this means?  Seems high when no other process on my PC is using more than about 26MB of my memory while idling.
 
Thanks in advance!  I looked, but could not find mention of this anywhere else in this forum!

Something is definitely wrong.  THGuard.exe should only be using like 4.5 mbytes (mem usage); 6.3 mbytes (virtual memory).
 
What does it show when you look at it with the Task Manager?  (ctrl-alt-del) - task manager, processes tab.

You know, I checked that right after I posted.  Task Manager says only 6.9MB.
 
And my PC isn't dragging or anything, everything is running fine, it just caught my eye in WinTasks Pro.
 
Perhaps I should be asking THEM this question  Wink
