My Counterspy spyware program found a Doly RAT trojan virus when I did a scan but TrojanGuard didn't stop it and TrojanHunter never found it when I did a scan.
It seems everytime I get a Trojan virus either my spyware program or my antivirus program finds it first. I have an active guard up with CounterSpy but it didn't let me know either that I had the Trojan virus I until I did the scan.

i suppose thats a false positive of counter spy. doly is an old RAT, detected and cleaned by TH aeons ago  Cool  
( actually i think the very first TH version could kill it ..)
 
to find out if the files really are infected i'd scan them here:
http://virusscan.jotti.org
 
perhaps you'd need to contact counter spy support to correct that possible FP
