Welcome to the forum sideliner2 Please try this: 0. If you a program such as Ad-Watch that blocks changes to the startup registry, disable that option so that changes can occur to the startup RUN registry keys. 1. Right click on one of THGuard icons in the systray and select Settings in the menu. 2. Uncheck Load on Startup and Enabled 3. Click on Ok to save the settings. 4. Repeat 1-3 for the second icon. 5. Reboot. 6. Open Windows Explorer and see if you have more than one version of TH under C:\Program Files. If you do, remove the folder for the version that you do not want. Close Windows Explorer. C:\Programs Files\TrojanHunter 4.2 is the latest version. 7. Go to START-PROGRAMS-TROJANHUNTER 4.2 folder 8. Activate THGuard.exe 9. Right click on the Systray icon for THGuard.exe and select Settings from the menu. 10. Check mark Load on Startup and Enabled 11. Click on Ok to save the settings. Let us know how you make out.
