Task Manager Cannot Kill THGuard

Running Win2K SP4 and TH 4.0, I get "Accessed denied" when I try to "End Process" on THGuard.  I am trying to prepare to uninstall to go the TH 4.2.
 
I am logged on as a adminstrative user but not the "Administrator."  What gives?

This is to protect against trojans terminating its process.  
 
Right click trojan hunter guard in the systray, and click "unload".  This will terminate the process.
 
(Also just for your info, if you rename THsec.dll to something else, this disables that 'anti-shutdown' protection, and then it can be killed by task manager).

Thanks.  Wanted to kill it to go to TH 4.2 to see if that fixes my other problem.
