Copy license file and ignore list when instaling

When upgrading or updating TH, the installer should automatically copy the license file and the ignore list to the new Trojan Hunter folder.
 
I just upgraded to build 930 because of authorization problems on updates and building back the ignore list will take time. Also many folks have nor saved the license file as they should or the e-mail that it came in, and copying over this file before it was deleted after an upgrade or new install would save users steps and prevent ,IMHO, many problems.
 
Also, it should be possible to right click on a file shown in the TH scan results and select add to ignore list.
