Auto update disconnect

After updating the ruleset, I would very much like to see an check off option which would send a disconnect signal to my modem.
 
Yes, there are still quite a few of us still using 56K dialup and now that the file sizes are over 3meg, the connect time keeps increasing.  
 
If there were a check mark option (like Outlook Express), you could start the update and then go do something else without having to babysit the computer.
 
My modem is an external serial RS232 on Com2.

I think after incremental updating is in place this feature won't be needed as downloads will be fast even on a modem.

Thank you Magnus for addressing my concerns.
 
It is a waste of my time babysitting an update just to force a disconnect.  I look forward to the changes.
