It's not the Custom search what i speak about but the explorer windows with checkboxes in TrojanHunter.
 
It may come in handy between TrojanHunter users/friends to exchange search settings. I know that TrojanHunter has a pretty fair & fast scanning engine but (an example) if you are working with mapped network drives the scanning takes a lot of time (because computers are far away from each others).
