TH does not show anywhere when the last scan was run. Some where in TH where it would be intuitive and easy to find should be a log that shows the date and details of last scan.

I agree that this would be a nice feature as well.  What I was going to suggest, might seem rather trivial to some, but I think that it would add to the GUI and several users might find it both useful and attractive as well.  Not sure how difficult the coding and implementation would be, but here goes....

Basically, it would be to have a "running counter",  "percentage", and "number of detections" found listing during the scan, with a recap upon completion.

For example, in the open space listed below:

Registry scan - * with results listed just below
*(i.e - No suspicious entries found)
Inifile scan
*(i.e - No suspicious entries found)
Port scan
*(i.e. - No suspicious entries found)
Memory scan
*(i.e. - No trojans found in memory)
File scan
*(i.e. - No trojan files found)

...you could have an entry entitled "Scan Progress", which would indicate by percentage how much of the scanning is completed:

(i.e. - Scan Progress:  36%)

and then another entry listed just below that which essentially would be a "running counter", indicating the actual number of items which have been processed:

(i.e. - 13,286....with the counter rapidly totalling up the number as it proceeds)

and finally an entry indicating the number of "Infections Found" during the scan:

(i.e. - Infections found - 0)

So the interface during and after (recapping) the scan would look like this:

Registry scan - * with results listed just below
*(i.e - No suspicious entries found)
Inifile scan
*(i.e - No suspicious entries found)
Port scan
*(i.e. - No suspicious entries found)
Memory scan
*(i.e. - No trojans found in memory)
File scan
*(i.e. - No trojan files found)

----------------------------------------------------

Scan Progress:  0-100% (indicating the exact percentage at that specific time during the scan)

Items processed:  0-60,000 (indicating the total number of items that have been processed at that exact time)

Infections found:  (number)

Overall, I like the recap not only after a scan, but to see where things are at DURING the scan as well.  This would simply provide more detailed information during and after the process, as well as adding another feature that many users would find informative, attractive and useful as well.

Another nice feature would be a "log" that would archive the results of the last scans that have been run and could be accessed through a button added to the interface called something like "Archive" or "Results" (probably best placed between Update and Exit at the top), and would have an archived copy of the results of all scans.  You could probably set it be delete all entries after something like 10 Mb have accumulated, perhaps having a date and link to choose from to access the particular log results that are desired.  It would be a really good way of keeping recap information for all scans, in case someone needed to verify anything.

Anyway, that's just my little two cents (that took seemingly nearly an hour to type - LOL)
