TH V5.3.994 Beta 2
 
The AutoStart Explorer tool does not display x64 unique start up elements.  
 
1.  Open TH GUI
 
2.  Go to Tools>AutoStart Explorer
 
3.  Compare the AutoStart Explorer elements to SysInternal's AutoRuns
 
Startup elements that are x64 unique are not displayed by AutoStart Explorer
