Windows 7 x86 and x64 Professional
TH V5.3.994 Beta 2

In TH GUI, "Scan Folder" no longer scans the files in a folder.

1.  Open TH scanner GUI

2.  In the top menu, go to Scan>Scan Folder

3.  Navigate to and select folder C:\ProgramData to be scanned.  This folder contains hundreds of files.

4.  Click OK to start scan.

The scan starts and then immediately ends with only 7 object scanned.

A TH right-click scan of this same folder scans 1751 objects.

Found the problem. TrojanHunter was not recursing through sub-directories in the latest beta when Scan -> Scan Folder was used.. Will be fixed in the next release.
