I think you need to reference a real world address and telephone number Magnus, as soon as it is financially feasible.  Many of the older generation are still uncomfortable with sending money to an internet only organization.  The number could be to a voice mail box and the mail could be to a post office box, but it means more to the older people than just a virtual email box, it suggests permanence. Cheesy

That's a good idea. Many online businesses don't list any physical contact addresses, but I can see how people can take you for a fly-by-night outfit if there isn't any, so I'll make sure it gets tended to as soon as possible.
