Just a note that the update produces an error dialog box stating that rulesets.ini file cannot be moved since it already exists. Update not installed.
I manually updated but moving the rulesets.ini file out of the install folder and then doing the update will work as well until this can be corrected.
Noticed that the rulesets.ini file is read-only, has this always been the case?

Something is definitely askew.  The new update will download and install if you remove the Read-only on Ruleset.ini.  
 
I have contacted Gavin via email about this.

I wondered about the file being read-only as well. After I made my initial post I went back and checked my last 4 image backups and at no time was the rulesets.ini file read-only.

My rulesets.ini is read only so won't add it to updates from now on Grin

so, what is the deal with the "rulesets.ini" file's being "read only"? should it be "read only", or not?
 
i looked, and my "rulesets.ini" file is "read only", but i was still able to download the new update without incident..
