Could someone please look over this and see if something is suspicious.  I keep getting these script errors about a web page pop up when I'm not even doing anything on the net.

A.  First, you should install Hijackthis in its own folder under C:\Program Files instead of on the desktop.  If it is on the desktop, it cannot/will not create any backups of items that are removed by itself....no ability to recover if needed.  
 
There are a few issues showing up per your Hijackthis log.  Please do the following:
 
1.  Run another Hijackthis scan.  When the scan is completed, place a checkmark in the box next to the following items.  BE SURE that these are the only items checkmarked.
 
R3 - URLSearchHook: agihelper.AGUtils - {0BC6E3FA-78EF-4886-842C-5A1258C4455A} - mscoree.dll (file missing)

My suggestion. Download AnVir Task Manager. When you run it, AnVir shows you all startup programs and Windows processes, so you’ll find harmful file in a minute. I always use it when I clean one’s PC. Sorry for the offtopic.
