randomly came on computer i wasnt on for a couple hours and as i started using it my one live care went off and said had a trojan downloader then it said remove after i did the thing but then those messages popped up saying you have been infected, so was wondering if you see anything wrong

There is nothing malicious showing up in your HJT log.  However, here are some items you should fix with HJT.  
 
1.  Run another scan with HJT.  When the scan is completed, place a checkmark in the box next to the following items.
 
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
 
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
 
O9 - Extra button: PalTalk - {4EAFEF58-EEFA-4116-983D-03B49BCBFFFE} - C:\Program Files\Paltalk Messenger\Paltalk.exe (file missing)
 
2.  Close your browser
 
3.  Click on Fix Checked located at the bottom left of your HJT window.  Confirm that you want HJT to fix these items and let it fix them.
 
4.  Close HJT and immediately reboot.
 
Are you still getting messages that you are infected?  Have you run a full scan with TrojanHunter using the latest rulesets and did it find anything to quarantine?

done! and im not getting the messages anymore and my trojan hunter subsciption ran out a few days ago but i ran a scan with malware bytes and there was nothing

i use winamp all the time but not really windows live messenger, i was going to uninstall it but when i go to add/remove programs i dont see it anywhere

Here is how to uninstall Windows Live Messenger.

i dont know if its my mouse or keyboard (hopefully) but when i restarted my computer this morning a bunch of IE windows kept opening and this has happened before but this morning other stuff kept popping up like a button was stuck, the pictures i have on my desktop opened and kept going back and forth showing them all, i ran a malware bytes scan and it found nothing and i ran super anti spyware professional and nothing other then the usual spyware popped up, so heres a new hijack scan log
