Well, TrojanHunter is not a virus or any other malicious element.  Spyware Doctor is probably barking at TH's self protection.  You can run TrojanHunter.exe through Jotti at the link below and you will see that it is not an infection.

Also, the link below is for the PC Tools user forum.  Perhaps you can report the Spyware Doctor False Positive via their forum.

im not worry about the spammers i get spam and scam emails all the time but i just delete them

yeah but im still trying fix it but no luck but without spyware doctor on my pc internet explorer loads fast with spyware doctor it takes a while to load
