my hijackthis log file

my computer recently when i try to go to my documents and try to do something or just does it at time where all my icons and bottom toolbar disappear and i have to restart my computer. here is my log file

It does look like you have some infections.  Please do the following.
 
0.  Make sure that you are logged in under an account that has admininistrative privileges.
 
1.  Make all of your files and folders visible as per the instructions in the link below.

2.  Download/install the Trial Version of TrojanHunter from the link below.

3.  Once TrojanHunter is installed and because it is a Trial Version, you will need to manually update its detection rulesets.  Go to the link below and follow the instructions to download/install the latest rulesets.

4.  Download and install the Free version of SuperAntispyware from the link below:
 
http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPY WAREFREE
 
5.  Once you get the Free version of SAS installed, you need to manually update its CORE and TRACE definitions to the latest version.  Please go to the link below and follow the instructions at the bottom of the webpage to update the CORE and TRACE definitions.

6.  Once TrojanHunter and SuperAntiSpyware are installed and updated, please reboot your computer into SAFE MODE.  
 
7.  Run a FULL scan of your system with TrojanHunter.  Let it quarantine what it detects.
 
8.  Run a COMPLETE Scan of your system with SuperAntiSpyware.  Let it quarantine what it detects.
 
9.  Reboot your computer back into Normal Mode.
 
10.  Post a new Hijackthis log.
 
11.  Post the scan log of TrojanHunter.  The scan log/report is located in the folder Scan Reports at C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 5.0\Scan Reports
 
12.  Post the scan log of SuperAntiSpyware.  The log is under the Logs/Statistic tab on the Preferences window
