Hello all and thanks in advance to whomever takes the time to shed some light on my problem.  I've been looking all over the net for a solution to this Winlogonhook problem...nothing I have tried has worked thus far.  Looking at the other threads on this issue, I found that the first step is getting a hijackthis log.  I am pasting it below.  Would someone mind taking a look?  Thanks again!!!

Yep, I do suspect that you are infected.  You have an infection that is preventing HiJackthis from properly displaying your system.  Please do this.
 
1.  Rename Hijackthis.exe to something like AnalyzeMe.exe.  This will prevent the malicious critter that you have on your system from blocking Hijackthis properly displaying your system.  
 
2.  Go to the link below and follow the procedure to initially clean your system.  When you are done, please post back here the new Hijackthis (AnalyzeMe) log along with the other logs outlined in the procedure.
