Having Trouble Killing These!

Magnus--Help! Please! You were so kind to me, many years ago! It looks like I have the following 3 problems:
trojan.muldrop.8001
vbs.packfor
tool.processkill
My system32 folder is being inundated with new files--automatically--and it won't stop. Computer freezes up a lot, and I cannot open iTunes.
Can't find removal info for any of these. Ran HJT and fixed a few things, and then someone told me about Dr.Web-CureIt. I ran that and it says it deleted the trojan file and moved the other 2--also, the vbs says that an archived file is infected. The system32 folder is still going nuts--even when I disconnect from the internet. I posted the scan log for my new friend on bleepingcomputer, but haven't heard back from him.
Can you help me?
