| Typically, that is correct. However there are some procedures that can be added to Windows boot.ini that will clear out the C:\Windows\Temp folder on reboot. These would have to have been manually installed on your system by you or another user of your system. I suggest that you create a special "Video Temp" folder and store your videos in them. Filling up the C:\Windows\Temp folder will significantly reduce the performance of Windows itself. For best performance, it is recommended that the C:\Windows\Temp folder be cleaned out every so often.
