I think the worm has been added to the latest TH ruleset.  Why not update TH to the latest rulesets and run a full system scan to see if it fixes your problem?  
 
Run the full scan first by rebooting your computer into SAFE MODE and then do the TH scan.  Let it quarantine what it finds.  Then reboot back into Normal Mode and run another full scan with TH.
