Big Problem

I have been getting countless reports from my anti-virus software saying that there are trojans, viruses, dialers, downloaders and all types of dangerous things infecting my PC...I scanned with tons of anti-virus and adware programs, none fixed the problem. I ran Trojan Hunter and it detected something in the registry called HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSMGR and I hit 'fix' but it keeps coming back...I tried rebooting in safe mode but it isn't working! Your problem description sounds like you are infected with a Winlogonhook element.  Thanks for posting your HJT log.  However, it is missing some elements.  There are no 02 (for BHOs) and no 020 (for Winlogon) items showing up.  
 
Please do this:
 
1.  Reboot your computer.
 
2.  Disable NAV from scanning temporarily.  Do NOT do any scans with any other security software.
 
3.  Run another HJT log and see if it has any 02 and/or 020 line items now.
 
4.  Repost the log if there are any 02 and/or 020 line items.  
 
5.  Re-enable NAV.  
 
Once we can view the 02 and 020 elements, I feel we can promptly fix you up.

Hmmm... the HJT is not showing what I expected to see.  It shows that the system is not infected with anything.  
 
Please run these two remote scans and see if anything is detected.  You will have to use IE to access these sites because they need to download an ActiveX component in order to perform the scans.  
 
Also BE SURE to disable Norton Antivirus before doing the scans.
 
BitDefender Anti-Virus at:

Reboot if BitDefender removed anything.  
Disable NAV again
 
Trend Micro Anti-Spyware at:
 
http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/
 
Please let it clean what it finds.  Then reboot.
 
Download the very latest rulesets using LiveUpdate in TrojanHunter.  The latest rulesets were issued today, 10-Aug-06.  Run a full scan with TH scanner and see if it detects anything.  Please post the results of the TH scan.  (You can save the log for posting after the scan is complete by going to FILE in the top menu bar of the scan window.)

There are a couple of things that I am seeing in your HJT log that need attention.
 
Did you add these three sites to your Trusted Sites?  If not, you need to remove them.
 
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.freewebs.com

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.ricksmithjr.com  
 
To remove them, run another HJT scan.  When the scan is complete, place a check mark in the box next to each of the above sites.  Be sure that these are the only ones with check marks.
 
Click on Fix Checked at the bottom left side of the HJT window.  Confirm that you want these Fixed.  After the Fix is completed, close HJT.  
 
 
Also your java element is significantly out of date and needs to be updated for security reasons.  I'm referring to these two line items.
