CPU % w THG and CSG

Is 10-12% CPU%  usage normal with both THG and CounterSpy ActiveGuard apps running? (along with normal XP PRo. usuage)

THGuard polls memory every 10 seconds and gives a little spike in CPU useage ...~ 8-12% very quick spike.  
 
Anything inbetween that 10 second period is from something else.  When I trialed CounterSpy some time back, I found that it was a bit CPU intensive....which was not to my liking  Wink
 
Do you have ProcessGuard on your system?  If so, you probably have THGuard in its list of programs to protect, so you can uncheck "Protect against unauthorized shutdowns".  That might ease things too.
