W32/Lewor-M  ANY HELP?

One of the Ante-SpyWare programs I was trying says I have this worm: W32/Lewor-M
The Anti-Spyware network I am presently using has not produced this alert.
Is there a 'stand alone' program around specifically for "removing" this variant/worm.
I want to get rid of this without spending $$.

Here's my recommendation for resolving your issue.
 
First try to determine if it it truly exists on your machine.  From the link below, run a remote scan with BitDefender, Kaspersky, and Panda.  Be sure to shut down your realtime AV during these scans so that it does not interfere.

One of the three above AVs should discover it if it is truly there.  
 
Also, download/install the trial version of TH V4.5.  After the installation is completed, run LiveUpdate from the USA server and obtain the latest updates.  Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE and run a FULL scan of your computer.  Let TH remove what it finds.  
 
Let us know what the results are.
