I did a scan with pctools spy doctor and bought it because it found a lantern keylogger, so i wanted to remove it.
 
do you think this company says that to get you to but their software
 
i live alone, this is my personal computer and no one at all has access to it.  so, how did it get there.??
 
please help advise

Would you please submit the keylogger file to the TrojanHunter analyst.  Please use the same procedure for submittal as provided in your other post for vbs/psyme.
 
How did it get there if in fact it is a keylogger?  Well, there are a number of ways.  It may have come through an email.  Keyloggers delivered via email is a very prevalent criminal method of installing a keylogger on your system and then stealing your private info and passwords.  It could have also come through opening a malicious website that then silently downloaded it.  It could have been part of a program that you downloaded from the Internet.  
 
If you do a Google search using the key words  Lantern Keylogger,  you will see that there is even a website named after this specific keylogger.  
 
I am however suspicious that this is a false positive by Spy Doctor.
