I bought this product to get rid of this  about:blank trojan.
It has not done it at all.  My norton pops up every so often with knew trojan names due to this being on my PC.
I have spent about 6 hours reading and trying to get this off.
Only thing that was close to working was adware away.
But it keeps coming back after I boot up.  
Any suggestions please!

Sorry that you have been hit with About:Blank.  It is a real bear to remove.  I've scanned through TH's definitions and do not find anything that I recognize for removing About:Blank.  There are alot of other hijacker definitions, etc., but I certainly do not recognize anything for About:Blank.  
 
TH's primary focus is trojans; however, it covers RATS, Worms and some adware.  Misec is beefing up the definitions for adware; however, there is much to go.  
 
Whereas About:blank is adware, I feel you would be better served by jumping over to CastleCops at:

Start a new thread requesting support on About:Blank.  Those guys are doggone good with adware solutions, using Hijackthis, etc.  Be sure to read the initial instruction stickys before posting.  You will also see several threads already in existence concerning About:Blank and the efforts used to remove it.  
 
Very sorry I cannot help you directly on solving this specific infection.

CWShredder (CoolWebSearchShredder) has done a great job on the PCs I've worked on with hijackers like About:Blank, google for it, it can be downloaded standalone from Intermute or you can get it packaged with their commercial ant-malware suite.

IMHO it's safer to follow the solution of Siliconman_01(ie posting a hijackthis log at Castlecops)
 
These guys are solving these problems all day long Smiley
