In my program directory I noticed the following executable:
C:\Program File\Archive\archive.exe
 
I don't remember that I installed it.
 
- Is this program useful?
- Is this program potentially dangerous?
- Are there any consequences if I delete it?

You might want to take a look at this thread:

From that, it looks like Archive is not something you want to keep.
