Adware.CometSystems Registry Entries

I just updated and then a scan and I get:
Registry key exists: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{A335D52F-D489-472D-9EAA-D72A40AAF7CA} (matches Adware.CometSystems.104)
 
I note the "some registry entries not removed" above.  
 
Two part question...  First, do I just go in and delete them from the registry with regedit?  Second, are there other registry entries that point to them that I need to delete also?  Or code or cookies somewhere?
