Manually updating

I've changed firewalls to PC Tools - I have TH updater allowed, but it still appears to block it
 
 
How do I get manual updates.  A website url will suffice Smiley

Mine is a registered copy.
 
Just a _timely_ reminder_ that I eventually had to reconfigure the Firewall.  FYI I downloaded Vista Firewall Helper (free)  from www.sphinx-soft.com.  And proceeded from there.  Nice little helper, gives you plain and simple choices
