It is either your ISP or you have become infected. There are some cyber attacks that block various security websites in an effort to keep you getting tools that will disinfect. Check your HOSTS file which is located at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc. Open the folder named "etc". You should find a file that is named HOSTS (with no extension...just HOSTS). Right click on HOSTS and open it with NotePad. You should have only one entry in this file which should be 127.0.0.1 localhost There may be comment lines which start with #. These are okay. If your HOSTS file is contaminated, use NotePad and delete everything in it. Then add one single entry of 127.0.0.1 localhost Then save the new HOSTS file and reboot.
