Trial Version Liveupdate

Could I get a clarification on the live update
with a evaluation trial version.
 
When I click on liveupdate in TH, It says:
Liveupdate is not available in this evaluation version of TrojanHunter.
 
But in the ruleset update forum, Gavins post seems to say otherwise
 
ie:
If you are using the trial version of TrojanHunter, also use LiveUpdate.  
 
I have 4.6 build 930.
 
Am I missing something?

If LiveUpdate does not work on your Trial version, please use the manual update option at:
 
http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/updating/
 
Gavin updates this manual update daily between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. (EDT- USA).  Updates almost always occur 7 days a week.  
 
To be honest, I think LiveUpdate is suppose to work on the Trial version V4.6.930, but it doesn't  Shocked.  I suspect it is something that Magnus had to change because cyber criminals have figured out how to make it keep on updating after the trial ended.
