LU doesn't drop connection on completion?

I noticed in the FAQ that using task scheduler to run LU isn't recommended for dial-up users because "LiveUpdate will not disconnect from the Internet when completed."

Is this also true for LU scheduled from within Settings?

Not a big problem even if so, but maybe something to be raised as a desirable feature in a later version?

Thanks for any information   Smiley

What this is "supposed" to mean is that LiveUpdate cannot be configured to disconnnect the modem from the Internet when LiveUpdate has finished it's download/install.  In other words, the system will remain connected to the Internet.  The wording in the FAQ is cloudy...and perhaps not even needed.   Wink
