LiveUpdate for Limited User Accounts

I have posted a procedure in the FAQ section that should permit Limited User Accounts to utilize LiveUpdate.  The procedure is specifically laid out for Windows XP Home Edition; however it should work for Windows XP Pro and Windows 2000.
 
I tested the procedure on my Windows XP-SP2 HE system.

I'm having this problem with the Limited user account and cannot find this FAQ.  I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall (as described in this forum) with no success.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
