No secure symbol on payment page?

I'd like to renew my TH subscription but when I get to the payment page at https://store.kagi.com/cgi-bin/store.cgi the padlock security symbol I'd expect to see on the page isn't there - why would this be?

Hi Magnus,
 
I'm using IE7 - I guess this probably something to do with my own security settings rather than anything to do with the website! I must have changed something somewhere I guess, as I used to get the padlock sign on secure pages so I was looking for it this time round.

Do you have Firefox installed? If so you could try it using Firefox and that should hopefully work.
 
If not: Do you get a padlock on other secure pages?

Yep Firefox did the trick - padlocks present and correct!

The padlock in IE7 is not at the bottom in the status bar.  It has been relocated to the top just to the right of the address bar.  I get it when on the Kagi site with IE7.
