Renewal Question

HI
 
According to my TH app, I am at the end of my year, although I could swear I have not had TH for a year.
.
When trying to connect to the update page through TH (Help>Extend Subscription) I do not connect and cant seem to get to the update page.
 
The only option appears to be through the "Order" tab.
 
DO I pay the full purchase price of 39.95? Or the additional yr. for 19.00??

Sorry, I inadvertently overlooked your forum post.    Sad
 
-  Open TH scanner GUI
 
-  Go to HELP in the top menu and select "About" from the drop down menu.
 
The About window will open.  Click on the "Extend" link next to "Subscription Valid until".  
 
That will send you to the renewal webpage for the $19.95 annual subscription renewal.
 
Holler back if you need further assistance.

But as my post indicates- my problem is that the links provided do not work.
 
So, I uninstalled and reinstalled V5 to no avail.
 
So, I guess I will try and go through the "order" page.

Well, I tried going through the "Order" page and can not update for 19.00- I receive a message that I must purchase the program.
 
How can I update if I, for whatever reason, can not get any of the update links to work?

Hmmm, I just went through the Extend Subscription process up to the final step and it all appeared to be working fine.  I use IE7 and www.misec.net is in my trusted sites list.
 
Did you happen to change your e-mail address since you first registered TrojanHunter?  If you did, then you need to contact Magnus and have him correct his database to reflect your new e-mail address.
 
It is probably best at this point to contact Magnus at sales@misec.net.  Provide him the essential information concerning your original purchase.  Attaching your License.tlf file to your e-mail should be adequate proof-of-purchase; however, if you have your original purchase number, that would be helpful.  
 
Sorry about your problem.  I feel confident that Magnus can get you straightened out via e-mail.  He is the only person who can handle the "financial" problems.

I tried going through IE (I use Fire Fox) and still no go.
 
I did change IP's and e-mail and have recently reinstalled Windows.
 
I will write Magnus and attach what I have as my License.
