Hmmm, I just went through the Extend Subscription process up to the final step and it all appeared to be working fine. I use IE7 and www.misec.net is in my trusted sites list. Did you happen to change your e-mail address since you first registered TrojanHunter? If you did, then you need to contact Magnus and have him correct his database to reflect your new e-mail address. It is probably best at this point to contact Magnus at sales@misec.net. Provide him the essential information concerning your original purchase. Attaching your License.tlf file to your e-mail should be adequate proof-of-purchase; however, if you have your original purchase number, that would be helpful. Sorry about your problem. I feel confident that Magnus can get you straightened out via e-mail. He is the only person who can handle the "financial" problems.
