Got a 4 User License instead of a 2 User License

There was an error trying to add a 2 user license. When I tried to set it up for my customer, there was an error in the email address. When I went back and fixed the email address xxxxxxx@comcast.net (there was a trailing space), your system gave her 4 licenses. Can you please reduce it to 2 and put the other 2 back in my account, so I will have 3 remaining. I sent an email to support but received no response and I need the licenses back ASAP.
