License Expired Before Its Time

Hello,
 
I renewed my license on March, 2006. Even though it is supposed to be
good through March 2007, TH gives me a notification stating that the
license has expired.
 
Could you pls do something urgently? Thanks.

Support should reply within 12-24 hours, although it is a weekend so you may have to wait up to 48. Can you manually update, and scan ?

I was able to install the latest ruleset manually. However, I'm having another problem now. I'm not sure whether both issues are related somehow.

Are you using V4.5, Build 924?  If not, you should update to this version and see if things clear up for you.

Yup. I installed it hoping that it may help. But it didn't do the trick. Sad
 
BTW, I searched the forums and found some posts about similar problems. Most of them are related with the different email adresses used when purchasing TH and renewing the subscription. I used the same email address for purchasing and renewing.

I replied to your email about this. Please note: The fact that you were emailed a new license file for TrojanHunter 4.5 (because the license file format had changed) does NOT mean we charged you for a subscription. So if that is the case you need to purchase a subscription renewal.

As I said in my email I just sent to Magnus, "you are damn right!".  
 
My apologies to everybody.
 
Now I remember, I requested the license key after I upgraded to 4.5 from 4.2. And I confusingly remembered this event like I renewed the subscription.  
 
I, truly, am so sorry.
 
I found the Kagi receipt for the purchase but not the subscription renewal as you said Magnus.

I just renewed the subscription for two years. Once again I apologize for the false alarm. Smiley
 
BTW, may I suggest a counter in TH like the one in ZoneAlarm. It may help people like me to see the subcription expiration in advance.

I found that after age 35, I had to start "taking/making notes" instead of the using the internal memory utility.  Grin
 
Glad you are all licensed and running again.
 
Be sure you update your rulesets from the USA server.  The UK server is broken and does not update the rulesets beyond 21-Jul-06.
