License expired when it shouldn't have!

I bought my copy of trojan hunter in the early days when it was a one off purchase for the license...........so my license should not expire - except it has!

Has anybody else had these problems and if so how is it rectified?

Thanks

So, nobody is interested in replying - I saw the post that states that I will be able to manually update, yet I can't..........so you have breached your original contract with me and you have now reneged on the manual updates........and you can't be bothered to respond - nice organization!!!

Grubbygirl,

Sorry, I thought you probably read Magnus's response at this post:

http://forum.misec.net/board/LicenseIssues/1146625431

because you and Tank posted on the same issue.

As Magnus says in the other post, please email him concerning your complaint.    support<at>misec.net

Again, sorry for the oversight and bad assumption. Embarassed

I can only state the facts which is that the policy was always "no current subscription charges but we may have to introduce a charge in the future". I can see how some would think that would mean "free upgrades and updates for life", but the fact is that keeping TrojanHunter updated is expensive and most customers appreciate that and do not mind the current small fee.

You can manually update at http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/updating/
