New License Order - (approx 5hrs ago) - (fixed)

I have not received Trojan Hunter 2-year license I purchased today, May 14, 2006, 16:41 PST.
- I am a returning customer (since 2003-01-12)
- purchase time was 16:31 PST, May 14, 2006
- visited forums and followed instructions from http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/licensefile/
- system emailed back old registration file and code number
- tried installing anyway, with no luck
- Trojan Hunter v4.5 still reports "subscription expired."  
 
PM'ed Helena, SiliconMan01, with email to Magnus and Support, with order details, May 14, 2006; 22:10 PST.

- don't use a "spam folder" type email system
- was version 4.5 Build 920
- uninstalled v4.5 b920, downloaded and installed v4.5 b922
- installed key, generated from: http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/licensefile/  
- same issue, license has expired
 
It's 00:39 hrs now, May 15, 2006, time for some sack time.
- still no license email
- hope I see something later today....

- Working license arrived this morning, 02:26 hrs.
- partially my fault for not using same email address from almost four years ago...
- all up and running now!
 
(ps: maybe an email compare with name function, for license extention purchases, so dingdongs like me don't make similar mistakes, two years from now?)
