That's not true. I just paid for a new license 6 weeks ago and now TH refuses to update manually, saying that YOUR TROJANHUNTER SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED, and tries to lead me to the paid-update page.
 
Forget Denmark, something is fishy in Sweden.

If you paid for a subscription extension 6 weeks ago then obviously you will not have to pay again. The problem is that I can't find a subscription extension purchase made by you. I do see that you were sent a new license file 6 weeks ago coinciding with the release of TrojanHunter 4.5, but I can't find a record of a subscription extension purchase by you.
 
If you forward the email receipt you received from Kagi (our payment processor) after purchasing the subscription extension I will send you your new license file right away. You might have purchased it under a different name or email address which would explain why I can't find your order.
 
If you didn't receive an email receipt and your credit card statement doesn't show a charge then the order wasn't successful. Please note that even though we sent you a new license file for TrojanHunter 4.5, we do not automatically charge your card, so you would have had to deliberately purchase a subscription extension.
 
My apologies for the confusion here; we really want to do the right thing. Any proof of purchase you have for the subscription extension will be fine and we'll be happy to send you your extended license. However, like I said, if you can't find any receipt/credit card charge then the order didn't go through.
 
I look forward to hearing from you so we can get this issue straightened out as soon as possible. Any and all of the persons on the CC list are also welcome to contact us for clarifications.
