I purchase an upgrade for TrojanHunter and installed version 4.5, build 922.  I installed the License File emailed to me.  A window informs me that the License File is installed.  When I open the program scanner, it asks if I want to assess LiveUpdate.  I click yes and receive an error stating that my subscription has expired.
 
I have sent 3 previous emails to support@misec.net with no response.  Any suggestions?

I think Mischel Internet Security has been inundated with emails since the 1-May-06 license date went into affect.  Please be patient.  I feel certain Magnus is working diligently to get all emails responded to.  Sorry about the delay.  Embarassed

Yes, I just got a reply.  The problem was that I purchased a new license instead of a subscription extension.  Problem has now been fixed.  Thanks.
