I am sorry,  I read the forums but I still do not understand. Embarassed
 
I have to renew my license. I knew that and it's ok.  
 
I have TH 4.5 build 918, and I have read that in order to renew and update and everything I have to have the build 922.
 
How do I update the new version 922 ? Do I have to uninstall my TH and download the new one or do I just download it above the 918 ?
 
If I update the new version, how is that with my license ? Do I lose my right to renew my license at the special price for renewing ? Do I get a new license number or just go on with the one I have ?
 
I just want to have my TH working as usual, I cannot stay one day without it.  Cry

Hello lien, I think you can just install the new Build on top of the previous one.  That should preserve your license as well.

Well just installed build 922 over 918 with not problems. How come during the rule set updates it doesn't say anything about a new build.

Glad you got things working.  Program upgrades are not yet part of LiveUpdate procedure.  That is slated for V5.0.   Wink

I am not at the end of the story! I have decided to first buy an extension for two years before to do anything yet, so I will have everything at hand when I install the new version of TH and the new license number without to go to the net without protection.
 
Now my browser tells me the kagi.com site (where I have to make the purchase with my maestro card) is not secure. I have the little lock *open* in my adressbar and when I click it says the certification is not valable. I don't remember this from the first time I bought it.
 
Does everyone buy from the kagi site ? Is a Maestro card an Eurocard or a  Mastercard ? I can buy from the net with this card, I already done it several times.
 
I thank you for your patience and your answers, but you must admit this new license and this new built is causing lots of confusion if I read the forum.

The Yagi site turns secure after you make your first selection of what you want to buy.  The maestro card is a global debit card associated with MasterCard.
 
And yes, a lot of TH users are using the Yagi site to buy TH licenses and extend the license.
